A passionate food enthusiast and spirited speaker, Aneh Mundi was born in Cameroon, Africa. From the time she was very little, Aneh had the ability to mix a bit of this and a little of that to make unique and mouthwatering culinary creations.
In the 1990's, Aneh's love of cooking led her first to Liverpool Polytechnic (now John Moores University) in the UK, then to the University of Wisconsin-Stout, to pursue degrees in home economics and food science.
While at UW-Stout, Mundi focused her love of science and food in new product development, where she used scientific knowledge to combine adventures and creative new food combinations.
She spent eight years serving as product development manager for one of the nation's leading gourmet brands, and assisted several marketing groups to bring concepts to life. Aneh is now owner of Creative Food Solutions Inc, and works as a developmental consultant to a wide range of food manufacturers.
In July 2004, she launched Aneh's Fine Foods. Putting her product development skills and to work, she has developed products for the retail brand Aneh's! Aneh's Fine Foods is indeed a one of a kind food store. The products range from hard to find rice, such as Himalayan red rice, bean, whole grains, baking chips, loose leaf teas and tea accessories, spices and spice blend. The online store is www.anehs.com
Aneh Mundi is definitely a passionate food enthusiast. As a Foodie, and a Christian, she seeks to help individuals improve the quality of life by making healthy food choices. Creative Food Solutions under the leadership of Aneh Mundi seeks out suppliers that are committed to treating workers fairly.

House about Aneh's Fine Foods on Your World Realized
Living and working in America, Aneh stays close to her mother, a teacher and respected leader. Through her travels and conversations, she experienced the escalating destruction of the HIV/AIDS virus.
A strong Christian, Aneh prayed that God would lead her to use skill and training to respond, and Recipe for Hope was born. Through her faith walk, Aneh feels called not only to deal with the disease, but with the need to experience Jesus.
As the founder of the Recipe for Hope program (RFH), I envision that all Christians will realize that in order to prevent the spread of AIDS/HIV they need to hold fast to two Biblical truths. First, people must abstain from sex outside of marriage, and those who are married must be faithful in their marriages.
