Like I said before, I'm always up for a party or going out. I love to go meet new people. I do know how to do things besides drink and socialize though. I love jet skiing, shopping, working out, going to the beach, sewing, art, photography, crafts, vegan cooking, making a difference in the world, concerts, fashion, playing stupid fun video games, and hanging out by the pool. Right now I'm all about exploring my new city and finding out all the fun things it has to offer. I can't forget going home to O-town to hang out with my amazing friends.
I'd like to meet people who aren't crazy (well.. some crazy is okay). I like people who care, people who believe that one person can make a change, people who don't settle, and people who know how to have a good time.View All Friends | View Blog | Add Comment
I love music. Call me a dork, but I like what I like, whatcha gonna do about it? Nothing? Yeah, thats what I thought! My all time favorites are Lagwagon, Less Than Jake, Foo Fighters, NOFX, Me First and the Gimme Gimmes, Weezer, Queens of the Stone Age, and Dropkick Murphys. I also like Deathcab for Cutie, The Postal Service, One Republic, Snow Patrol, The Wreckers, Kanye West, Justin Timberlake, Nelly Furtado, and if you try to tell me you don't like Britney Spears you're a damn liar! She's too crazy not to like! I love old school 90's alt-rock, classical, big band, classic rock, and you can't hang out with as many gays as I do and not like dance music.
I'm kinda gross so I absolutely love horror movies. I think the Saw movies are the best ever! If its a disgusting movie with lots of icky parts, I'll absolutely love it. When I'm not watching people get tortured, I like to watch The Shawshank Redemption, The Wedding Singer, Donnie Darko, all the Kevin Smith movies, anything directed by Tim Burton. I really enjoy comedies. I don't really enjoy overly dramatic movies. I'd much rather laugh than cry.
Currently I'm all about Nip/Tuck, South Park, Grey's Anatomy, Desperate Housewives, I Love New York 2, America's Next Top Model, Drawn Together, Big Love, Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia, and The Colbert Report. I will always and forever watch the news, 20/20, and Dateline, and my favorite show will always be Jeopardy.
I've read a lot of excellent books. I really like historically accurate novels, they make me feel smart. I'm not a big fan of "chick lit", because it all seems kind of silly, like I'm reading a glorified issue of cosmo.
I have a lot of heroes. If you've influenced my life in a positive way, you met the qualifications to fall into this category. The people who love and care about me have made my life so amazing, and I'm so thankful to have known so many exceptional people.
