ONICECTOMY was born in early 2008 from the Fucking mind of Valerio and Brutaljohn (guitar and drums) with the intention of play some "no-compromise" Death Metal following the American trend started by band such as CannibalCorpse, Suffocation, Dying Fetus, Devourment and Lividity.
After a couple of months and several researches Savino and Kappa join the combo as Vocals and Bass player. In a few time the feeling grow up through the bandmates and after some weeks they start to play their first shows. In October-November 2008 the band enter the "SOUND CUBED STUDIO" in Bari to record 6 tracks. In December they have a little tour "SPREADING INFECTIVE BRUTALITY" with italian smashing-ass brutal band TOOLS OF TORTURE.
The band continues writing new sick material and playing shows around their city opening for bands like "REGURGITATE", "RABID DOGS", "SLAVEBREED". Now the combo is working to mix the tracks and spread their sound in the underground scene.....
We'd like to thank all the guys that have played with us since from the beginning and all our friends that have helped us playing any show, and - last but not least - all the guys who support us and believe in our music....
