------------------------------BIOGRAPHY--------------------- -------------------Arveen Sabharwal - Born on the 2nd of march in Hyderabad, India, is Sikh by origin and Delhi his native.Arveen is known as DJ RVN to his crowd. ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------His interest in varied genres of music, nurtured him and have surfaced as the essence of his talent, although his forte being versatility. ------------------------------------------------------------ ---------------------Enlightenment about chasing his dreams occurred when he was 15 yrs old. He decided to take his passion seriously and began working towards it,while his family always being by his side and encouraging him. He decided that music was wide, and that he was a man who was into things with a groovy twist or a disco feel, Hence didn’t restrict himself from exploring the various genres. ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------In 2000-01,came his first break, when DJ Piyush decided to teach him the art of manipulating music and that was just the beginning.-------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------ ---------- He started his career by performing at private parties which gave him a lot of exposure in this field. He later moved onto music production, where his slew of original solo productions demonstrated his creative agility. His first big solo Mashup, ” Punjab by karunesh" catapulted him into a another league and reeled in the praises of all the city DJs. While the success of this was still hot, He did not stop himself from moving onto his next track, "Kangna". And so it began, an eternal journey of music for this young talent! ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ -Music was like a moment to him, When he was making a record, everything that happened was a part of one moment. If everybody could understand the result and experience it like he did, then that's the reward, He said. Though House music is his favorite, He never isolates the others. ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ - RVN 's vigor for music was rewarded when he met DJ Kanna of Hyderabad They both hit it off almost immediately and started a band together and named it,' Def Bros'.(Definitely brothers)They later moved onto investments, where they started a sound company under the band name. They have one of the finest and the most reputed sound systems in the city. The band's first break through occurred when they released a track together called, "Choli fever", which was an instant hit, the track which received appreciation from the best Djs in the country. ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ - DJ RVN,is a geek when it comes to soft wares. He has the best insight when it comes to music related things and he is never deprived of technology. Always likes to explore and invent. ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ - DJ RVN is so unique that he has the ability to woo any kind of crowd, because his music is not restricted. He’s not a run of the mill Dj; to keep vanity in his sets and he s never reluctant to incorporate cutting,accapellas,samples - all the things that keep the crowd gooing for more. He has been at the helm of some powerfully funky, slammin' club hits over the past couple of years. He left an impact wherever he played. He believed that music is vast, to play amongst a crowd with a mixture of people, everyone's choices must be met and that happens when a DJ becomes one among the crowd himself.
