New Liberty Outreach Ministries COGIC is more than a mere church, it is a place where there is freedom for all believers to grow and enforce the Kingdom of God.New Liberty is dedicated as our mission is Luke 4:18: "The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor, He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim LIBERTY to the captives, and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at LIBERTY those who are oppressed, to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord."God has released an anointed upon the people of God and members of New Liberty to release LIBERTY to every person. In this season, God is building character and personality amongst the Body of Christ at large. We must know who we are and what we possess as we advance the Kingdom at all cost. We are KINGDOM builders and ambassadors.
