VARIOUS began on 12/03/06 the idea to get together with friends and play music we like. Since it's inception, Various has featured the talents of E3, Struggle, Deejay Collage, Coda, Kode9, Monkeytek, Ryan Organ, Dial M and Jon A.D., Starkey, The Mecca, The Bassist, DeVille, Bombaman, DZ, SPL, 6Blocc, Saucey Possum, Lincolup, Filistine, Dj Magneto, Alter Echo, Kyle T. & Noah D. and hosted The Bug & Warrior Queen.
To ensure proper sound quality and bass pressure, we always use the mighty H.A.S. Systems.
The music ranges from dubstep to jungle and dub and the vibe is about fun. And BASS!!!
Various is linked at the highest levels to Lo Dubs Records and Aleutian Audio and serves as testing ground for upfront tunes slated for these homegrown labels. It is the place in Portland to hear the freshest dubplates on the best sound.
