Mary

So I thought it time to change this blurb. I am still married to the most wonderful husband but now have even more reason to call him that, still have my three child-like animals and have still been called all sorts of things...but I recently have had some major changes in my life, that lead me to think I am somewhat of a different person. I have had major surgery, chest cracked wide-ass open, had more blood drawn than any person should ever have to go through, learned I was cancer free, then learned I was not, had my husband give me 3 shots a day for two weeks so we can ensure we have children (of which we have 7 stowed away in a freezer somewhere - not really children mind you), started chemo, shaved my head, lost my hair, cried my eyeballs out, depended on my friends and family more than I ever thought I would have to, and tried my damnedest to keep smiling. I learned through all that - that I am stronger than I thought and that I need my friends desperately. I would have never come out the other side of all this shit without their/your support. I also learned that I am a survivor and I can kick-ass with a smile and a bald head.
