Ok Here is the scoop!!
My diet has started. Why am I on a diet, well other than the obvious reasons because I want to.
Really my diet started when I started Bartending. On my feet all day. Eating at weird times. As of today I am considerably more focused on what I eat and the amount of exercise I am getting.
