There's No better place on earth than the road that leads to heaven...

About Me

John 16:33
"I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have peace. In this world you will have troubles. But take heart; I have overcome the world."
--Jesus--
Matthew 10:27
"What I tell you in the dark, speak in the daylight; what is whispered in your ear, proclaim from the rooftops."
Philippians 4:7
"And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
Haha, one of my all-time favorites right here. Great verse.
2 Corinthians 5:13a
"If we are out of our mind, it is for the sake of God."
Telling others about Christ:
2 Corinthians 5:11,14-21
11
Since then, we know what it is to fear the Lord, we try to persuade me.
14
For Christ's love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died.
15
And He died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for Him who died for them and was raised again.
16
So from now on we regard no one from a worldly point of view. Though we once regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer.
17
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!
18
All this is from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation:
19
that God was reconciling the world to Himself in Christ, not counting men's sins against them. And He has committed to us the message of reconciliation.
20
We are therefore Christ's ambassadors, as though God were making His appeal through us. We implore you on Christ's behalf: be reconciled to God.
21
God made Him who had no sin to be a sin offering for us, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God.
The Bible: "It does not give us answers fitted through our smaller-minded questions, but truth beyond what we even know to ask." ---Rich Mullins---
"Humility is the acknowledgement of our need for God." ---Pastor Russ Eggert---
"Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and The God of all comfortwho comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any troubles with the comfort we ourselves have received of God.For just as the sufferings of Christ flow over into our lives, so also through Christ our comfort overflows." 2 Corinthians 1:3-5

Philippians 3:7-10

"But whatever was to my profit I now consider loss for the sake of Christ."

"What is more, I consider everything a loss compared to the surpassing greatness of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things."

"I consider them rubbish, that I may gain Christ and be found in him, not having righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ --- the righteousness that comes from God and is by faith."

"I want to know Christ and the power of his resurrection and the fellowship of sharing in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death."

Genesis 4:7b
"Sin is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but you must master it."
Five of my all-time favorites right here. . .

"What then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us? " Romans 8:31

"In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express." Romans 8:26

". . .I am suffering as I am. Yet I am not ashamed, because I know whom I have belived, and am convinced that he is able to guard what I have entrusted to him for that day." 2 Timothy 1:12

"In all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us." Romans 8:37

". . . because God has said

"Never will I leave you; Never will I forsake you." Hebrew 13:5b

"I pray that you may be active in sharing your faith, so that you will have a full understanding of every good thing we have in Christ." Philemon 1:6

Which Star Wars Jedi/Sith are you?
Qui-Gon Jin
You are the original mentor and the original one who screwed over the galaxy by finding Anakin. Don’t worry, no one’s really holding it against you. You are very monk-like in your demeanor, calm and sure of yourself, but not arrogant. Looking at Obi-wan, you must have been a great master, and you were the one who discovered the secret to immortality. You have to be proud of yourself, but you are probably to humble to do so.

My Interests

In South New Jersey, born and raised, In the woods and peoples back yards I spent most of my days.

I love playing the bass, basketball, and football. And of course, I gotta love our ping pong tournaments. Me + Matt = greatest matchup of all time. Rockin the consolation match. Yea, the two of us are definately the worst in the tournaments. But we invented Third Word Ping Pong, the next great Olympic sport. The other great matchup is me and Scott Evlan. When he came up to visit for Thanksgiving break we played for like 3 hours nonstop waiting for bminer to get back with our meatball hoagies. In the process, we invented "Kenyan Ping Pong", yet another great variation of pingpong, haha. Sooo kool.
Most of all I LOVE going to church, especially our youthgroup (MARLTON RULES!!!), and hangin out with all my favorite people there.
I love walking in the rain, standing outside during thunderstorms, and getting it all on tape. I'm kinda into takin pictures too, and sometimes jazzin em up with special fx.
I'm inta film-making/movie-making too. Got a few starwars movies in the works along with a matrix spoof in the future as well.

Heroes:

Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior who died in my place and suffered a horrible death that He did not deserve just to save me. No one could ever take His place as the single greatest hero in my life. He is the one who saved my life, a life not worth saving, by giving His own, a precious gift of unimaginable value. I love Him with all my heart and I will worship Him for the rest of my days on this earth.
Qui-gon Jinn - He rules
PR- Pastor Russ Eggert. Pastor Russ has been my Pastor growing up for the majority of my life. Not only has he always supported me and been a great leader of the church family I have always called home, but he has always allowed God to speak through him and his messages. Since I began actively serving the LORD, I have never come out of a Sunday morning service without God speaking to my heart in some fashion and it has almost always been through a message of Pastor Russ's. He is a great man of God who has always cared for other people and ministered in so many ways to myself and everyone else in the church. I know I can always look up to him as a leader, a man of God, a human being who can relate his messages to everyday life, and a humble servant.
Jay Worhatch - He was the first one to really reach out to me and embrace me at Marlton AG Youth Church and he's always been a great role model for me.
Bean Keegan - A great friend, a great Christian man, and a great example. He always prays for me and encourages me when I need it and is always there to listen when I need to talk His ear off. I look up to him and his great example and admire his zeal and love for God.
Todd Agnew - I love his music, but most of all the message he puts into every song. You can tell the guy loves God and I love the thought-provoking themes in every song. Plus, he really plays my style of music. He's also the one who inspired me to make the conscious decision to actively write worship music. Most of all though, because of his faithfulness to God in writing worship music, God has used his music to speak into my life time and time again.
