About Me

Since the age of four I have been musically inclined
I even have physical human evidence to back it up, mainly a man named Ted.
I have been reording songs since around 2004, any chance I get,
whether it's low quality or not.
Since the past year I have been on a course which is run by Motherwell College giving me the opportunity to learn the technical side of things
and I have gained experience in recording,
slowly but surely I have gotten better and alot more confident than I used to be.
Gigging since 2006 I have had the chance to let people hear my song-writing skills and become more heard
Now regularlly gigging in local spots and also playing gigs through the college I have become more aware of the music industry.
Recentlly acquiring new band mates who will help me achieve my goals I have been more willing than ever to make my music heard and I have been picking up more instruments to add to my sound!

Influences: The things I believe in:
Music can uplift anyone, it can help some one reflect on themself, I can make them believe, I can give you just what you need.
I can write a song about things in this world I hate, things that I'd love to help but find myself stuck in the middle of hypocrisy
I don't believe in charitys:They never have a positive outcome and lead me to believe the money never reaches it's target
Although, I do believe in some charitys,
for the helpless animals who have no say
For the children who should remember being a child
if you can convince me others, I am easily swayed
The things that touch me emotionally
I have seen alot of things, but no more than anyone else,
but I have a way with words
I wish my songs helped other people take a look at what is happening to them from a different angle
the things you look at change, when you change the way you look at them
Sometimes it's good to vent my anger or love through songs,
Because it isn't always about the melodyEverything else that Influences me include the little things in life, like
having a song stuck in your head right before it comes on the radio/seeing butterflies in winter/the shoes that are ruined but you can't get rid of them/seeing the bigger picture/taking control when no one else is interested/going to the pub on a Sunday afternoon by yourself for a pint/playing to an empty crowd/knowing you're more than what you get credit for/the bit in final fantasy 7 when aeris dies/the irony of some one stealing your broken ipod/not knowing what you have planned for the rest of the day/quiet towns and sunny days/happy tunes on a ukulele/6 hour sleeper train journeys to london which you don't actually sleep on/when it's less than £2 a pint/happy hour/all night parties with your friends/the cold side of the pillow/and anything else I forgot. This is life, this is influence
