Roughly Violent é uma banda Brasileira de Metal Pesado, da cidade de Guarapuava. Seu som faz uma mescla da temática "Gótica" com um som pesado e agressivo, utilizando-se de elementos do "Death", "Thrash", "Progressive" e "Doom" Metal. Além de uma fusão com elementos de outros gêneros musicais. Atualmente a banda está lançando o seu 1º trabalho, desenvolvido em estúdio, o Demo CD entitulado "OBSCURE HATE", que fala essencialmente sobre sentimentos... dos bons, até os mais caóticos, confusos e atormentadores inimagináveis, sonho e realidade, desespero e esperança, e a maneira como lidamos com eles...
