Acme Swing Mfg. Co.

About Me

ACME SWING MFG. CO. is a high energy, solo-swapping, hot jazz combo. Vintage guitars, violin, sax, clarinet, upright bass, brushes on drums, banjo ukulele, accordion, vocal solos and harmonies: all pre-1940s tunes and originals. Once you hear them, MAN ALIVE!, you’ll swear someone is spinning a ’78 record. With influences from Al Jolson to Cab Calloway to Roger Rabbit, their wide repertoire of tunes make you Lindy to a hot jazz standard, swoon over an old-time ballad, or get on down with the occasional gritty blues. Great for a party, swing dance, or any occasion that needs a kick! Want a live, vintage swing atmosphere or sultry jazz background music? They'll satisfy. www.swingco.net
