Chef Jen of Hell's Kitchen Season 4

Jennifer was born on June 17, 1983 in Chicago,Illinois. She was raised on the southside of Chicago near the notorious 79th Street area. Despite her rough surroundings Jennifer truly prevailed as a diamond in the rough!! She later graduated from Morgan Park High School and the prestigious Kendall College School of Culinary Arts. While attending Kendall Jennifer decided to refine her culinary skills by studying abroad in both Paris, France and Dinant, Belgium. After graduating from Kendall Jennifer landed line cook positions at numerous fine dining restaurants with elite companies such as Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises and Levy. At the tender age of 21 Jennifer earned her first General Manager position for a Restaurant with annual sales well into the millions. In February of 2007 Jen was offered a position as a Garde Manger Chef at an exclusive five star, members only, platinum country club in Downtown Atlanta, Georgia. With very little family in Atlanta, 23 year old Jen still decided to relocate to Atlanta to assume the role of Garde Manger Chef. Jen was later casted on Fox's hit reality cooking show, "Hell's Kitchen" with world renowned Chef Gordon Ramsey. Jen has also worked with Celebrity Chef Wolfgang Puck. Jen specializes in Classical French Cuisine, Ice, Fruit and Vegetable carving, and Nuevo Latin Cuisine. "Cooking has been my passion for as long as I can remember and I have yet to encounter anyone who's passion for this art compares let alone surpasses that which I possess". In my time away from cooking I also enjoy spending time with my family especially my beautiful little nieces. I Love traveling to Houston, LA, Memphis, Miami, Atlanta and Baltimore. The best place I have visited was Amsterdam, Netherlands (for numerous reasons).
