Dmitrii Sergheev (TENOR,ALTO, SOPRANO SAXES,BASS CLARINET, FLUTE,ARRANGEMENTS, COMPOSITION) who was born in 1979, took up music and, in particular, jazz at his mature age. He learned how to play saxophone by himself and became a whiz-kid in it.
In 1998 he joined Big-Band of GosCirk Moldova, where he had worked for 5 years as a professional musician.
In parallel, he actively participated in diverse jazz-projects.
As a member of various bands like "A.LIS BLUES BAND","CUIBUL","ROMANICHEV &Co" and many others he also participated in festivals:

He is a leader of “The Right Hornsâ€. That membership was an initial stage of cooperation with ethno-jazz singer Geta Burlacu.
“The Right Horns†took part in joined concert with one of the founders of Buena Vista Social Club –Eliades Ochoa in Romania in 2007 was also awarded a special prize in jazz festival DoDj 2007 in Doneck (the Ukraine).
He is arranger and generator of ideas in Acid Grape.
In 2007 Acid Grape took part in Ethno Jazz Festival (Moldova).Dmitrii is a an active person of of moldavian jazz life, he created many projects such as:"TUTU", "JACO","HUMPTY DUMPTY","AFRICAN ROOTS","MAIDEN VOYAGE","MUCHO LATINOS"and many others.Now he keep working with his own band-Dmitrii Sergheev Quartet 4/4 and DOOBOP LOUNGE Project. www.myspace.com/dooboplounge .Also Dmitrii colaborate with many DJ's ,cause electro music one of his interest. "Latecomer"- DJ Funky project(he is Dj from Moscow) in which Dmitrii participate too.His latest collaboration is project of young moldavian jazz pianist Mark Oselskii "RANCHO MOLDOVA".
