For the past two years things has been moving like a whirl wind. God was taking some of that out putting some of this in. Still I am a work in progress. If any one had told me I would be and ordained Minister 20 years ago I would have laughed in their face. I can not like many of you, profess to come from generations of church goers. My grandmother and her siblings were faithful church goers and I attribute this to them being closest to the sufferings my ancestors had to deal with during their time. To venture into more of “my life thereafter†you’ll have to read my book(s). (smile) I give reverence to God because I know who God is and who God is not. I’ve gone through the valley. I started out walking this journey with my mother, father, sister, brothers and aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends. As I traveled this journey some of my family members whether they are my nuclear, blended or friends who are so close to me that they can be recognized as a family members have passed on a long the way. All of this was apart of the suffering while on the road to Damascus. During this journey I had many hardships which left me feeling like a rebel without a cause. I was perplexed and didn’t understand. Constantly my conversation with God held a lot of--—but everybody else says. I found myself going through a rebuking, encouraging and humbling experience. In my valley were my trials which turned out to be only my mistakes, my rebuking came from correction—constant correction, my encouragement was never to give up—to press on the greater and higher things. Many times I found myself fighting for my life, meditating with God about my dilemma. Calling out to the calvary (prayer warriors) but the calvary (prayer warriors) never came. To know God is to have a personal relationship. At the end of the re-construction it was time for graduation. With my blogs I want to share with you some of the things God has shown me in a way that can be understood by all.
