Music:

I love melodic hard rock, progressive rock, and metal. Some of my favorite bands are: Alice IN Chains, Candlebox, Collective Soul, Ozzy Osbourne, Black Label Society, Kamelot, Guns N' Roses, Dream Theater, Nevermore, Symphony X, Skid Row, Evanescence, Van Halen, Evergrey, Queensryche, Shadows Fall, Therion, Pantera, Epica, The Orphaned Land, Iced Earth and many many more.....I generally like a few songs from any genre anyways, if the music is catchy and constructive but not too cliche'.

I read all kinds of stuff, from articles in magazines, to studies in music and theory/harmony books. I read alot about the mind, ancient mysteries, nonfiction self-help, Guitar Grimoires, and novels.

Heroes:

John Petrucci, Zakk Wylde, Randy Rhoads, Steve Vai, and Jeff Loomis.
