Hip Hop has always been important to Derrick McGuire II (M.Ciddy) Since before He could ride a bike. From writing his first rap when he was 6 years old To recording his first Song when he was 13. He got alot of experience battling different emcess at schools and around different neighborhoods in Michigan. While having a Punchline based flow it is no secret he came up from Battle rapping. But on the other hand he is still able to make Great quality music on a high level. He was born september 6, 1991 in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He Spent most of his youth hanging out with older cousins in the area just freestyling for fun. At the age of 10 he went through a change. The Change was when He had to pack up all his things and move to the Eastside of Detroit. Since most of his Family and Friends Lived in Ann Arbor he had to start over basically, And In order for him to meet new people he began taking rap seriously. While spending most his time with new friends from school and writing music instead of doing his work in classes his skills started rising above average. Then Over time he Recorded a few Songs and started High school and would let other student hear his songs. There was alot of Player hating at first but that didnt stop him. Ciddy worked even harder on his Flow and would showcase his improvement in different cypher circles. Even though he has some harsh hardcore lyrics M.Ciddy insists "Im not a gangsta, I don't think anyone these days is. I dont have to hop on street DVD's and Youtube videos showin' off guns, drugs and shit like that. I know im not a hoe, niggas know im not soft I speak that hood shit cause I fuck wit alotta hood niggas and they can verify that. Thats why they Fuck wit me cause they know ima Real individual. All I know how to be is a Lyricist and a Good Person".Now he is graduating high School June 2009, And What Better Way to start his summer buzz Then Leaving Out with a Mixtape.SPAZ.OUT.SEASON!!! is M.Ciddy's First Release and It Has A very diverse Sound from start to Finish. "The Whole Mixtape was done in about a Month in a half.It Has 17 Official cuts on there. I got Some street joints on there, some lyrical songs, a track for the Ladies. Pretty much I made a Quality mixtape, I wanted it to be more of a album" M.Ciddy says.
