RELEASE:Rayar comes from a cradle rocked with good music… his father was Dj in the decades of 70/80, not being able to be different, Rayar was created hearing the best music of that time and more, since the styles of Disco to much Rock and MPB (Brazilian pop music), that provided a demanding, eclectic and rich musical taste in melody and musical beauty to it.When he was 6 years old, Rayar started having keyboard/piano lessons with emphasis in classic music and rock for 4 years. He played also guitar and bass in bands and today he knows that the best form to express his music and history is behind a pair of CDJ’s.He started as a DJ by the age of 12, amateur in small parties and had the first contact with Psy-Trance and its sources in 2002, sound that instigated and showed him the possibility to transcend in the mainfloor/chill-out until 2006 when he was able to show his work and good taste in the most refined form.Rayar plays diverse styles of music, attributed to a vast musical cultural knowledge/, always following and keeping the progression of styles in the Chill Out and in the Main Floor.
Dub, Psychedelic Dub, Psychedelic Ambient, Lounge, Trip-Hop, Nu-jazz, Indian-jazz, word and celtic music are some of his favorite styles in the Chill Out while in the main-floor his sound always follows in the line of the Groove passing to the Full On Night with strong kicks and rich melodies that create a vibrant and explosive atmosphere in the dance floor.
He played in great parties with national and international Lives and Dj´s of e-music as: Pedrão, Ekanta, Matera, , Cassiano Cruz, Energetic, N.O.S, X-Tatic, Killer Buds,Tropical Hilight Timewave Zero, Interactive, JP, Dizzy Mind,Orbital Vision, Oxyd, Swe Dagon, Beat Gate, Ferbie Boys, Rex, Sinewave, Etic, System Nipel, Pixel, Electro Sun, Broken Toy, Ultravoice, Hamelin, Rinkadink ,Liquid Soul, Perfect Stranger, Dynamic, Azax Sydron, Andromeda, Phony Orphants, Yagé, Ônix, Altom, Freq and Zen MechanicsRayar has already been cited by Sallun (Pedra Branca) in its Chill-Art column (www.psyte.com.br) as one of the exponents of his state.
