I am nobody and who the f*ck are you?
I consider creativity to be a junkyard. Walking around in this junkyard I pick up pieces I left there before. Some things I earlier described to be nothing more than junk are revisited, sometimes they sound or feel different. Some things stay junk not because they are junk, in the contrary. They need to be mixed with something else, something you are digging for. Instinct says that you can't ignore them, I trust my instinct but I'm still questioning it, for the hell of it. In the creative process of writing or composing I prefer to be in solitary before I get involved with others. I my head everything is possible. I don't believe in compromising in such an early and rather personal stage.
Some of these tracks are made for my own exploration. Others are used in art, dance or film. And of course, some become songs. But most of it gets flushed down the toilet, that's how it should be.
