Emlyn Guthrie Soccer Legend

About Me

I'm Emlyn Guthrie, Soccer Legend. I played every position for Cheam Locomotive between the years 1985 to 2004 when I retired. I've just been employed by Fabian Route at Cheambeat Communications Radio to be their host on their weekend soocer coverage from Cheam Park. I commentate, give opinion and get into some right rows with managers, players, agents, chairmen, supporters and tea ladies.
WAGS? I've had 'em by the bucket full in me bucket seat in me Mondeo. My current squeeze is our receptionist Harmony Hampshire, she don't know what's going to hit her that one.
Apart from talking football I like to spend my time at the Megadrome Wine Bar, Esher where I am King Crumpet Hunter.
I'm writing my own detective story, it's called 'Night of The Crumpet Hunters' and is about an ex-park footballer who played in every position for Locomotive Ewell. He is now a radio soccer pundit and goes on the pull ('crumpet hunting') at every opportunity. Someone gets killed, he gets fitted up and then ends up on the run. This copper goes after him and that's where I've got to.
