We grew up with this music. It is part of us, and has never left us. The songs are almost all of them from four years, 1964 to 1967 probably the most creative years in popular music ever. And it all came from Britain, the first Britpop invasion, before the concept was created.
In this group “Britpop†we have excluded music from the Beatles and the Rolling Stones. A lot of groups play their songs, but we play the other bands; Kinks, Who, Hollies, Small Faces, Animals, Spencer Davies Group, Searchers, Manfred Mann, Tremelous, and many more. When we play the music today our friends most of the time smile and wants to dance. Young people who never heard some of the songs before, like it as well.
