Alright check it, basically I'm here to destroy all uneccessary talk about the Bay Area, California. Actually, I want to keep California afloat on this music shit. I feel that not only have Northern California haven't been taken seriously, but Southern California is treated the same way. It's mainly up to all rappers/singers/songwriters/producers of the state of California, but some of the bullshit ass talk from other coasts isn't really cool. I feel that they downplay our shit because of what we deliver and bring to the table to the music world. I feel that's unfair because alot of these new artist get chances, without no second thought. I see and hear bullshit on BET 106 & Park, MTV, MTV2, Youtube.com, Myspace.com, all damn day, while I'm writing and making beats, and I feel artist like I aren't recognized like these popppy lovey dovey artists.I can respect all the hustles, but I'ma make my music, the exact way I feel. PCP stands for Potential, Confidence, Power (Money Included), and it also stands for independence. California Bred Productions is just a production label made by me really, but it stands for the fact that eventhough I'm from the Bay area, I'm California Bred. When I'm in the booth, I'm California Bred. When I'm making beats, no matter what they sound like, I'm California Bred.If you catch me on the television, regardless of what's said or what's going on, remeber what I wrote in this "About Me' section on my music page; and that I'm California Bred.I ain't trying to carry California on my back, but I'ma sure as hell nurse it. All my local artist and major artist listen up: the time is now. We need everybody to get their mind right, stop all this rival and hating, and unite all our music into one California. Northern California artists should be able to record with Southern California artists. Respect has to be earned, and given at the exact same time.
