Out of Northern Arkansas, and Southeastern Missouri, Draws Nigh is a compulation of 3 bands, formed together to create some hard hitting, yet yell composed metal. With Mike Conner on all the growls and gravel throat. Mike has sang in bands such as Boltneck, Gray Skull, and Shattered Sins. On lead guitar is S. Reagan, who has played in such bands as Boltneck, Anxiety, Strangulation, Blacktar Messiah, and Black Haven. Rhythm guitar is composed by Ian Kinder, from Shitload, aka Shovebolt, and Boltneck. On Bass is Ran-Daddy Shindinagain, formerly of Shitload and Boltneck. Finaly, on drums, is Cory Jackson, who has taken part in such projects as, Anxiety, and Gag.Draws Nigh offers a more complex look at the "downside" of life. Offering up some hard-hitting riffs, that are composed as two seperate guitars, not always following the same pattern, for a more classical set to metal feel. A slap style bass, that is in your face and follows a jazzy touch to keep it's own identity, hard kicking double bass drums, blast beats, and even the melodic break down, all fronted by an extreme graveling vocal track, that will leaving you thinking you just heard Darth Vader with throat cancer!
