About Me

Myspace Contact TablesThe Spay Neuter Assistance Program of Pennsylvania (SNAP) is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to ending the needless suffering and abuse of animals due to overpopulation. Since it started in 1981, SNAP has spayed and neutered over 40,000 dogs and cats. SNAP has 2 different programs in effect to support high volume spaying and neutering. SNAP works with a select few local veterinarians who accept reduced-cost payment coupons (provided by SNAP) to perform these surgeries. The other program is an express clinic for cats only at a local Superpetz store. In addition, SNAP holds Rabies and microchip clinics to the public. SNAP is run solely by volunteers, and profits go straight to the cause. SNAP has been a success due to its clear single purpose- prevention of animal suffering and abuse through spaying and neutering. Girly MySpace Layouts - Animals MySpace Layouts Girly MySpace Layouts

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

There are so many organizations and animal rescues out there...why should you donate to SNAP? Because THIS is where the problem starts. Think of all the animals who end up in kill shelters, and the ones who wander the streets cold, hungry and homeless... and the ones who aren't even that lucky that fall victims to abuse and neglect. How do we stop this? The answer is prevention. By putting the focus on where the problem begins, we can find solutions to ending animal cruelty and suffering. Spaying and neutering your pets is big step toward eliminating this problem. But we need as much support as we can get to get the message out there. This is why we need your support and donations. If you can donate just one dollar, you can save one unwanted life. SNAP is completely non-profit, and any help you can give is greatly appreciated...SNAP receives a substantial amount of money to fund our spay/neuter programs through AVON. If you place an AVON order through SNAP, all proceeds are donated to our organization. You can place an order online at www.youravon.com/skohut or use the link on SNAP's website, www.snapofpa.org. AVON sales have brought over $10,000 to SNAP so far, so please purchase AVON products and encourage your friends to do the same!!!
