Fuzion aka Max Durante & Keith Tucker Live
Technic, scratch and eclecticism :these are the words to describe Max Durante, veteran dj and music producer of the Italian electronic music scene.
He started his career as professional dj in 1987 with electro influences and a Kraftwerk affection. Respected for his mixing-technique and his ability to combine dance with experimentalism, Durante discovered the real and pure Detroit's electro / techno sound by listening to the music of Juan Atkins, Kevin Saunderson and co.
He started djing in Rome clubs and italian festivals where he gradually gains recognition.
His first work, Roman?s Attack, is released on the Italian Hot Trax in 1991 and is followed by a great number of releases on various labels up to 1999, when he founded Prodamkey Records.
Max Durante performs today at the most important European festivals delivering sets of always addictive dirty techno and electrogroove.
Keith Tucker felt the need to explore the realms of techno, electro, house, and experimental music from his classical back ground and technical training.
His influence on electro scene has been massive and his releases on labels such as Puzzlebox, Twilight 76, Southern Outpost, Direct Beat and 430 West are hailed as electro classics. Tucker has been offering to the audiences his unique contribution to electronic music since 1980.
