Ava and Dennis

About Me

Ava and Dennis have been performers since the 80's mostly playing clubs as a road band duo. After their move to Alaska in 84' they formed a band and played clubs all over Alaska with guitarist, songwriter, Peter Frothingham. Peter moved with his family back to Seattle in 1988. Ava and Dennnis returned to their duo status and continued to play clubs until 1999. In 1999 they "retired" from club playing and it was then that the real songwriting happened. over the next 4 years, the songs for this album were written and then recorded in 2004. This CD is folk sound, with a little rock n roll and contains lyrics that are comtemplative no matter what your spiritual affiliation. The universal language is love, forgiveness, and oneness.Ava and Dennis are working on a new album that contains, "their best writing ever" and this album will be release in a couple of months, after the final mixing.
