Apasionado por la música desde muy pequeño, he abrazado casi todos los estilos musicales. Desde el Pop y el Rock, la Psicodelia, el Reaggae, el Lounge y la Música electrónica. En el año 91 me traslado a Madrid. Durante 10 años toco la guitarra en grupos de hardcore, Os Mesmos da M- 30 y Los Pericos Delgados, entre otros.
En el 95 paso un verano en Londres. En ese momento Portishead suena en todas las cadenas de radio y Prodigy acaba de lanzar "Music for the jilted generation". A partir de ahi me aficiono a la música dance y electrónica a base de recopilar discos y canciones. Breakbeat, down tempo, drum, n bass, Techno o Minimal para finalmente decantarme por el electro.
En el 2000 regreso a Coruña, ciudad en la que resido. Desde entonces pinché en el Bourbon (en su buena época) y en otros pubs de A Coruña como el Avante, El Zinzano o La Tata. También organicé junto Dj Menthalo, fiestas privadas donde pinchamos techno, electro y minimal, primero en el garaje de su casa y después en pubs como la Tata o el Libunca.
Desde hace un par de años dedico parte de mi tiempo a grabar sesiones y a producir mis propios temas. Primero con Fruity Loops y ahora con Ableton Live. Me gustan los ambientes oscuros, las secuencias de bajo infecciosas y el sonido de los primeros Roland. Siento preferencia por el sonido de los 70 y los 80, disco, electro, Hi Nrg, hip hop, acid, techno,ambient, industrial aunque tampoco puedo olvidar mi pasado guitarrero, de ahi mi gusto por los beats enérgicos, el 4x4 y los riffs machacones.
Passionate lover of music from very small, I took almost every music styles. From Pop and Rock, to Psicodelia, Reaggae, Lounge and Electronic Music. I moved to Madrid in 1991. During 10 years I played guitar in hardcore bands like “Os Mesmos da M-30” or “ Los Pericos Delgados”.
In 1995 I spent a summer in London. At this moment Portishead is on the top radios and Prodigy has just extract his “Music for the jilted generation”. From that moment I began to love electronic and dance music collecting songs and records. Breakbeat, down tempo, drum, n bass, Techno o Minimal and finally Electro, style with I most identify, as well I began to djing.
In 2000 I came back to A Coruña, city where I live now. Since then I was djing in Bourbon Pub (in its good times), and other pubs of Coruña like, Avante, Zinzano, La Tata. Also we organized together with dj Menthalo private parties, first at his house garage and then in pubs like "La Tata" or "Libunca".
Two years onwards, I spent part of my free time recording sessions and producing my own tracks. First with Fruity Loops and Traktor, an now with Ableton Live. I like dark ambiences, infectious bass sequences and early roland soundscapes. I gravitate towards the sound of the 70s and 80s, disco, electro, Hi Nrg, hip hop, acid, techno, ambient, industrial, but i never forget my analog guitar past. That's where my liking for energetic beats, 4x4 rithms and heavy melodies comes from.
