About Me

I am currently a 3L at the University of Iowa College of Law. Hopefully I don't ever have to take the bar examination and will only use my J.D. as a supplemental degree. After a few years in the workforce and paying off some loans I plan to return to the academic life for graduate studies in Islamic Studies. After graduation I plan on heading to D.C., at least at the moment although I don't have a job yet. I want to work for a thinktank or NGO regarding Middle Eastern policy.Aside from academic life, I enjoy the "finer things" in life like baseball, hookahs, reading a good book, french press and turkish coffee, Memphis BBQ, playing Xbox with my friends, and traveling abroad. Here is a paper I am currently trying to get published: http://ssrn.com/author=589594

Alive and "Well"

I made it... but my baggage did not.  So... yeah. I haven't really slept much so I think I am going to try for a nap or something.  Nothing all that exciting yet, except I survived the ...
