This is a powerful way of meeting our stressful thoughts and beliefs with love and understanding. A way to know the truth.

It is not reality that makes us suffer, it is our thoughts about it.
The road to the heart has not always been a straight line.
The longing and yearning after something more, something deeper, has accompanied me for as long as I can remember.
And the turning point came three years ago while reading Brandon Bays book "The Journey". A deep knowing was activated, something that had always been there. At the time I didn't know what this presence was, and I felt confused, scared and excited at the same time. Time passed and a chain of events followed, among them experiencing The Journey process firsthand, leaving me more and more without words. And then The Work found me and with it freedom and unconditional love.
Sometimes I still expericence emotions of confusion and pain. I just love when that happens, it gives me the chance to inquire my thoughts, it shows me the way home.
I am also a certified Reiki healer. It gives me so much joy and pleasure to practice Reiki and to allow this healing energy to flow freely, through me and into another, removing current blockage and assisting in the well-being and health of other people.
