About Me

I finally got my teaching credential. This past year has really shown me how strong I can be by myself. I am grateful to all of the people who have truly supported me, but also thankful that I have finally realized who was true and who wasn't. I spent 4 weeks in Mexico studying. I came back with a new appreciation for my real family and a new group of friends who are real friends. It's funny that I only knew them for a little while but I feel like I've known them forever. I love and care about them as much as anyone that I've known for years. All in all, the biggest lesson that I have learned this year is to put your trust in God and everything will turn out according to his will- be it your will or not.

My Interests

Life interests me. Lots of things...I don't know. Travel is my newest interest. My latest trip to Mexico was so much fun. I made a group of friends that is the best that anyone could ask for!! Music:

I like lots of different music, but I love Christina Aguilera because most of her music really speaks to me. I love this song because there are so many times when I think that life sucks, but then I realize how far I've come and how much I have to be thankful for.

Movies:

I enjoy any movie that has a good plot. I especially love suspenful movies. But NOT scary movies. I quit watching scary movies after I saw The Ring. I love funny movies. Beerfect was great, but too many boobs! I see them everyday, why do I need to see them in a movie? Talladega Nights was hilarious. Gotta love Will Ferrell- Shake and Bake. Television:

I don't have a whole lot of time for TV, there are so many other things to fill your time with. But I do really enjoy Family Guy because it always makes me laugh. I love that show because it takes a light-hearted approach to some serious issues.

Books:

I enjoy most books that I read. My newest obsession is Harry Potter. I never thought I would like those books, but I had to read the first one for a class I took, and I totally got hooked!
