Is Sam the Man you? Will you love or hate that desperate little ‘French’ Tart, Mimi? Will you Tango with Esta as she woos back the rascal Jack? The Composers draw from an eclectic mix of Jazz, contemporary and cabaret show styles for Café of Dreams.
Jen and Bill have performed in various musical line ups between them with gigs at Perth Entertainment Centre, Government House Ballroom, PICA, Fly By Night , Victor Harbour Music Festival and various Festivals, pubs and clubs throughout Australia. Jen has been composing songs on piano for 15 years and teaching her "Voicedance" method for the same period, which has also informed her vocal compositons.
Jen and Bill have been fellow composers/ arrangers for the past 12 years. Their broad taste of musical genre coupled with their extensive training in music,voice, sound, dance and theatre, informs their compositions and performances to provide a rich and fertile ground for an eclectic, original sound.Their songs have received airplay on ABC Radio National, RTR, Radio Fremantle and 6WF. Their more recent original material has featured at Kulcha, Mojos, L2 Cafe, Gypsy House, Swan, WOW, Tropicana, Poetry Festivals, House Concerts and private concerts.
