Ruff Ruff my name is Baccus the border collie Im about 2 years old not quite sure. I was born in Reno where my owners beat and starved me. I was on the run and some nice people picked me up and took me to a shelter in Grass Valley then my life really began!!! I met my mom there she came and picked me up it was fantastic! Last week I ran away to go find her and headed on the highway 50 and got hit by a car I was so scared but my mom worked hard to find me and Im back home. I am loving life in downtown SAC“ The mission of the dog---I say it with all reverence--- namely, to teach mankind that the universe is ruled by love.
