Hi, I'm Steve and I'm an LA bassist originally from Eugene, Oregon. I have been blessed to work with many great bands over the years and I'm currently playing with Saucy Monky, Arrica Rose and the ...'s, The Obvious Wish, Nothing Comes True, Amy Heffernan, The Cherry Blue Storms, and Flannel High. Some highlights from my time in Los Angeles include getting signed and making a great record with 3 Penny Needle, major label showcasing with Call Girls in Space, jamming with my boys in Nothing Comes True, signing a major publishing deal with the band Halo, and working recently on the killer new Saucy record that will be coming your way soon, just to name a few. I appeared in the tv show Renegade (starring Lorenzo Lamas) and the cult classic film Bikini Carwash 2, in both cases with my bass guitar in hand. I've done my share of touring, showcasing, recording, writing, rehearsing, gigging, jamming, radio interviewing, you name it. I also sing harmony and occassional lead vocals, have great, versatile gear for gigs of all shapes and sizes, and write songs in my home studio. I pride myself on having a great attitude and working with a smile and a sense of humor. I've been in quiet, moody, folky bands as well as big, loud, heavy rock bands. I love to play, write, listen to, read about and fall in love with music of almost any kind. But enough about me... ..
