Amarillo Repertory Theatre is located at 3701 Plains Blvd #25 at the Sunset Center in Amarillo, TX.
We have enjoyed great success in the last year and a half with our children's shows, Shakespeare, and a variety of other presentations.
In the immediate future we will bring you farce, shows for the young and young at heart, and our annual Amarillo Shakespeare Festival.

This year we are offering two productions to fill the Amarillo Shakespeare Festival, as well as working to bring in guest companies from the surrounding area to present shows as well! Amarillo's longest-running celebration of the Bard is going to be bigger and better than ever!

Among the best-known of Shakespeare's work, this exciting tragedy takes on themes of betrayal and lust against the backdrop of the Scottish highlands.
Our other offering for this years festival is the return of "The Complete Works of William Shakespeare(abridged)"Play: All 37 plays in 120 minutes. The sixteen comedies are reduced to a single section and the histories are played as a ball game. For all those who hate Shakespeare here is a rapid run through the lot - for those that love him, well, indulge yourselves in this delightful evening!
If you are interested in auditioning for any of the shows above, please contact the theatre. Auditions are typically held 6-8 weeks prior to the show opening. Auditions usually consist of cold readings from the script, though that is dependent upon the desires of the director and the needs of the production.
