(I know that last one sounds a little wierd, but I want to meet anyone who can pull themselves out of $1B of debt and come out a millionaire. Besides, who really cares about his hair ... hell, I think he should trademark it.)
Miles Davis, Kind of Blue (I had a tough time getting into Miles' later stuff ... you know ... when he got all "wierd")
Earth, Wind, and Fire, Any Live Album (the live recordings have an energy that you can't really recreate in the studio)
Anything by Arturo Sandoval, Tito Puente, Hector Lavoe, Celia Cruz, Oscar DeLeon, Willie Colon, Grupo Mania, El Gran Combo de Puerto Rico, or Irakere.
Pulp Fiction
The Godfather Trilogy
Scarface

The people I know are way more exciting to be around than: The six people living in the house, the losers trying to learn how to pick up chicks, the fat people walking, the kids in the RV, or the guys playing streetball while Magic Johnson proves that he really doesn't have a great command of the English language.
My mom for putting up with me for 17 years, and my wife for putting up with me for the rest of my life.
