About Me

It all began in the nineties with jungle, D&B, house and hard house. Then my cousin P.K introduced me to the almighty Atomic Jam at the Q and even though i thought i knew what techno was i was in for a life changing experience. Devotion to electronic music soon followed. I spent these years purely as a spectator occaisonally messing around with loops on vinyl with my cosuin steve and then CD mixers with an FX unit. Come 2005 after years of following techno and all things electronic i couldn't take it anymore. I had to have it for my own. After finding my feet with a pc and logic five me and my cousin did our first live concept in a studio in Stone with nothing but fruity loops and two 12/10's. After months of dabling Ableton was purchased and then there was no looking back. Me and my cousin both went on to form studios in our own home and now make slave of an array of equipment and software that defines our sound. Three years in and after creating this here myspace my material began to raise eyebrows and tracks began to grace the decks of the Atomic Jam in the Resident sets of Ade Fenton and Chris Finke. Tribal Masochism some of the first material played out by Ade is now set to be released on Advanced Records Feb/March next year. Now with a Mac on board me and my cousin are working towards taking out our sound 'Live' to the masses. Watch this space. The policy is dark, hard, intelligent & experimental techno and electronica. I have many influences but becoming a producer allowed me to forge some of the sounds that in my opinion there isn't enough of. I am completely self taught and believe that staying away from the lessons has played a hand in creating my sound, trying different and audascious things as opposed to following the rule book. All vocal samples are performed by myself. Any beats and sounds are hand made and are not the result of any samples from any tracks that already exist.Technology is awesome and i love how the boundaries are being broken all the time. Big shout to the Atomic Jam and supporting the live acts within techno and electronic music. You reprsent!Cheers to steve for the years of support and inspiration both on the technical front and personal and thanks to charl and nutter for the support also.Enjoy!! Apart from that, what is going on with the world!!!
