ALCOHOLIC BIOGRAPHY! NECRÓLISIS was spawned in an alcoholic meeting in a small Costa Rican town called Turrialba back in 2002. At first, the band was constituted as a quintet but later changed into a four piece formation with: Sergio Velasquez (guitars and screams), Jorge “Tico” Velasquez (guitar axe), Thomas Campos (blast bass commando) and Julio Necrothrash (drums).Since the very first steps, the initial idea was to unleash the most raw and uncompromised Old School Thrash metal ever emerged in Costa Rica since all of us have a huge admiration for this style and although all of us are still very young the energy coming from the palm muting riffs from bands such DESTRUCTION, POSSESSED, LIVING DEATH, DARKNESS, MUTILATOR, CHAKAL among others, entirely possessed our souls to continue the legacy within Central America and showing the new emerging poser kids popping around with their fucking Nu Metal and Emo Shit how real METAL should be done!After several drunken years in total necro-alcoholocaust at our rehearsal dungeon the band achieved to compose the material for what was going to be their first demo CDR entitled like the band itself “Necrólisis”; being recorded in 2006 at the band’s rehearsal room and officially released by the band itself in February of the same year, the demo includes the following seven neck breaking songs perfectly fitted for a mass murder mosh pit and with a total play time of nearly 30 minutes: “Devastador Metal”, “Calvario”, “Hasta la Muerte” (Instrumental), “Defendiendo mi Territorio”, “Misericordia”, “Caballero Negro” and “Cirugía Infernal”. All of them were written with Spanish lyrics since this makes the songs sound even more brutal than English as well as we want to maintain our native language as way of expression of our ideas.Right now the band continues its work intensively writing new songs and shit. Meanwhile NECROLISIS is featured in a 3 way split CD along other two Costa Rican Black Death Metal bands called PAGANUS DOCTRINA and MORBID FUNERAL. The 3 way split CD on December 2008 through the Mexican Underground label SATANIC RECORDS in cooperation with Costa Rican OCCULT RECORDS and it is entitled “DEATHBLAST FROM THE CENTER OF HELL - A CENTRAL AMERICAN MANIFESTO OF RELENTLESS ARMAGEDDON”. Plus, NECROLISIS also shared space with Canadian Deathrashers DEMONTHRONE in other split CD for the Japanese label DEATHRASH ARMAGEDDON released on December 2008 and entitled "TOTAL POSER EXTERMINATION - HELLISH TROOPS OF THE UNDERGROUND, at the same time OCCULT RECORDS decided to reissue the demo under the title of "Devastador Metal" but this time around in TAPE FORMAT with pro printed covers, pro- tapes clear cassettes labeled both sides with pro-full colored stickers!!!If you want to purchase NECROLISIS merchandise, feel free to contact us or to our labels.
