My name is Katie...some people think I'm some kind of MENTAL PERSON!!! No, j/k, well, maybe. Okay, okay, fine, some do. Who am I kiding, yes, yes, most do. I graduated from Newport Harbor High in 2005 and am currently attending OCC in hopes of transfering out to one of the many universities I'm applying to. Well, what else about me? I like to go run outside when it's raining and dance. I hate shopping. Althought I have a new fear of flying (due to a scarey experience I had in 2005), I love traveling and learning about foreign countries and their cultures. I love my friends more than life, so consider yourself warned before you mess with them. I can make a fool out of myself where ever I go, and I won't care. I care alot more about what I know than what I look like. I hate when people think that what they look like and wearing designer clothes are more important than knowing about world news and history. They say that 10% of Americans between the ages of 18-25 can't identify the US on a world map...I believe it! And they all live in Orange County!!! I hate Paris Hilton because she is an insult to any woman with half a brain or even any decently attractive or classy woman. I'm sorry, but shouldn't a celebrity be attractive, talented, or have some respectable or unique skill to place them on a pedelstool? I love London, I want to live there when I'm older, preferably in Mayfair or Belgravia, but of course after I get out of grad school and I'm making ungodly amounts of money. London is ssoo outrageously expensive, but at least it gives me a great determination to do well in school. I've decided that I'm definately going to marry an Englishman, considering that with those men it doesn't really matter what they look like, since their accents are so irresistable (when they speak they all just turn into Hugh Grant and make us American girls melt). I love dancing, no matter if it's on stage or in the clubs. I love almost all types of music, everything from Maroon 5 to the Beatles to Prince to the Clash. I hate county music, except for Shania Twain and old folk music. Did I mention how much I love to dance? My dream would be being a Victoria Secret model who went to Oxford...I don't think that's gonna happen. I am silly and immature, but I know how to be serious when I need to be. I try to surround myself with people of class, as in they always treat people with respect and are good people. I hate people who have no manners and are just plain rude to everyone. I love animals, esspecially cats, mainly because I had the most amazing cat in thw world. Sadly he passed away in March of 2007, we think it's because of the pet food. Oh, and self-assured(not cocky!) boys with a sense of humor. I love it when boys make me laugh so hard I fall out of my seat. Plus they have to be gentlemen, HUGE REQUIRMENT!
