.. - Get Your Own Jackson State University Dynamic Twirlers are an entity and apart of the phenomenal excitment that surrounds the best band in all of these United States THE SONIC BOOM OF THE SOUTH!!! The twirlers perform during halftime of each an every football game, at all Battle of the Bands, Parades, etc....The Twirlers have also been featured along with the Sonic Boom on Good Morning America and several other prestigious nationally televised events. The twirlers are well known for the impecable technique, profound beauty, dynamic skill and remarkable ability to wow the crowd. The twirlers recently acquired a Costume Designer/Sponsor/Assistant in June 2005. Ms. Dianna Hartwell is and has been assiting the twirlers with all of their needs from costume design to prop handling. Ms. Hartwell is an extreme asset to the overall look of the 2005-present Twirling Team. The Twirlers currently have 3 members..Celia Bowman, Senior at JSU from Nashville, TN; Melaneice Gibb, Sophmore at JSU from Nashville, TN; and Dereka Carroll, Freshman at JSU from Dallas, Texas .. .. .. ..
