Hi there and welcome to our MySpace page!
We are an independent record label, founded and run by musicians. As is typical for an artist-run label, our output is highly irregular. Our musicianship comes first, which means recording, rehearsing, touring... releasing. No compromises, no marketing-dictated release schedules.
We don't want to stuff our page here with video's and such, but we hope we can seduce you to visit our website at www.musicforspeakers.com , where you'll find lots of audio, news, biographies, photos etc. There we also have a webshop up and running, offering all available M4S releases. Any news will also be posted here in our blog, so check back regularly.

SHORT BIO
Music for Speakers was established in 2000 by five acts who share a common view and attitude towards music: Aardvarck (beat-freakery extra-ordinaire), David Caron (Detroit infused triphop), Madcap (electronic trippop), Sandor Caron (electronica, triphop) and Sonar Lodge (trip noir, nu-jazz) are and have been collaborating in various forms, on stage and in the studio.
On top of releases by these founding members, Music for Speakers also releases music by Roomtone (contemporary jazz), Relaxo Abstracto (Detroitish electronica), Tam Tam (clicky ambient), Strange Attractor (gloomy songscapes), Music for Speakers Amplified (moody clicks 'n' jazz), Szense (post jazz impro) and Harco Pront (raw funk-electronica).
