my name is chris hasty aka cee fresh. i grew up in many different places throughout illinois, but now i reside in bourbonnais. wherever i wind up, though, i will always keep it midwest. i have been interested in music ever since i was born, especially hip-hop and rap. i wrote my first rap at the age of 7, and recorded my first song at the age of 13. since then, i have grown as an artist, and as a person. i started to make music for myself. then after people started actually listening to my songs, i thought about the listener, and started making songs for the fans. you see, its not about what you want, its about what the people want. i think about this before i write; everytime. now i believe i am at that point in my career where i need to start earning a lot more respect from everybody. no more c.fresh. its now cee fresh. did my so called "swagg" change with just two "ee's" added on? i dont know, listen to my old stuff and my new stuff, and you let me know. right now i am working on my debut album, entitled "1991", which has been anticipated since mid 2008. "1991" will be dropping soon. My brother Eunique and I are finishing up our debut album *Life In Our Skin* which will be dropping July 18th, 2009.
