About Me
Welcome to the Crash Mansion Booking Myspace for artists, managers, agents, and good people interested in music.
This myspace was created to make contact and communication between Crash Mansion LA and artists easier. It has calendar info, music from artists that have played here, info about our upcoming events, back line info, stage layouts, and other info that is useful to bands looking to play here.
The original Crash Mansion, located on the Bowery in New York City, recently acquired the well-known Myron's Ballroom in downtown Los Angeles and transformed it into a state-of-the-art live music club; Crash Mansion LA. Located at 1024 South Grand Avenue in downtown LA, the 14,000 square-foot nightclub has a capacity of 1,200. Complete with 5 bars and two stages, we also boast a 5.1 Surround Sound system and lighting structure that is second to none.
The venue is versatile with three distinctive spaces to meet a variety of event needs: 1.) Main Room and Stage: 8,000 square feet, 25-foot ceilings with a 20'x 32' stage, two mezzanines loaded with a fully-digital dual sound system--one for live music; one for DJs. The live music system--designed to accommodate national headlining acts-- includes a full backline, monitor board and fully digital 56 channel FOH board. The DJ sound system comfortably meets the needs of DJ's and includes an intelligent lighting system. Four full-service bars and comfortable banquette seating make this room perfect for music shows and large events. 2.) The Crash Lounge: 3,500 square feet, 12-foot ceilings with a 10’ x 10’ stage, full service bar and operating kitchen. The Lounge is a comfortable space for a casual drink or meal and easily adjusts to host comedy events, bands, DJ's, private parties and product launches. 3.) Foyer Gallery: With walls adorned with artwork from BOXeight Gallery and other local artists, the Gallery provides guests with a quiet space to unwind or chat with friends.
Crash Mansion NYC has in a short time hosted an impressive array of musicians including: Norah Jones, Joss Stone, Usher, Gavin DeGraw, The Rapture, The Fray, Public Enemy, Wyclef Jean, Slick Rick and Doug E. Fresh, Le Tigre, and Janet Jackson.
Myron’s Ballroom and Grand Ave are legendary in Los Angeles, and Crash Mansion is here with our goals set out to add richness to the future of downtown Los Angeles and its music scene. Music is back on Grand Ave!
