The Jazz Disciples feature a wide arrangement of musicians and styles. Starting at the Puyallup Church of the Nazarene, the Jazz Disciples quickly grew to incorporate singers and musicians from all over the Puget Sound between the ages of 18 and 73! In 2005, after being named the grand winners of the 15th annual Washington State Christian Talent Contest at the Puyallup Fairgrounds, they recorded their first CD entitled “For His Glory.†This first CD features multiple instrumental numbers, as well as several big band gospel pieces composed by Don Marsh such as Amazing Grace and I Will Sing the Wondrous Story. Now, with a second CD entitled “Swing Into Christmas,†the Jazz Disciples are still playing the music they love for audiences across the Puget Sound!
