26 year old guy just doing this for fun
I am a classical violinist by training but a jazz / rock violinist at heart. I currently play in That Damn Band. ((www.thatdamnband.com)) as well as Six Gun (www.sixgunband.com) and The Swing Kings. I also have recorded with many of the musicians in the local singer / songwriter circuit in Houston and the surrounding areas. (www.haam.us) - Houston Association of Acoustic Musicians.
I love to push the boundaries of what people think of when you tell them you're a violinist / fiddler. From celtic to rock to country to bluegrass, I love to play it all.
I really want to explore other areas to expand my musical outlets by branching into a whole slew of unique and different genres of music.
I currently work at HP in the desktop computers department. I also am currently going to school at the University of Houston in order to get my Masters in Business Admin. I am doing a degree focus on International Project Management.
