Me...My swirly nature places me in the world of color, of spiralling dances, and imaginary realities. I find my ground through my bodywork practice, my feet on the earth, and a centered song. I feel most comfortable being completely honest with myself and appreciating who I am today. When in doubt...I perform personal rituals~ I could be found chanting a sanskrit chant on top of my shawangunk mountains at sunset, dancing wildly to my own sacred rhythms, calling out to the silence with made up words followed by a list of things I could benefit from letting go of. I adore children and their wide gazes and endless energy, I connect with the elderly in an offbeat, yet compassionate way, and I am constantly open to finding people living in the middle of -infancy and crone- to play with yet able to swim to great depths.
And I praise the medicine of being silly and crazy...letting it all go with a diatribe of made up words, songs, grunts...whathaveyou. Lying down and shutting the ol brain off does wonders too.
