Owned by the poobahs o’ swank behind Hyde Park Cafe,
Kennedy and Whiskey Park clubs, Cheap occupies the old
brick Cappy’s space next to Dubliner. It offers
upwardly mobile Tampa peeps a fun but sexy twist on

I've ever enjoyed! The graham cracker calamari with
sweet thai dipping sauce was tender and nice to start
with as well. Definitely try their strawberry

old automobile bench seats and light fixtures cut from
