Young Jay

BRIEF BIO."Young Jay" Born Jerrico L. Brown in Miami Fl. Dade County, Liberty City on October 20, 1989 was bought home to n.w. 64th st. and 7th ave. Where he lived with his grandparents until he was about 5years old and his mom was established and was able to take care of him on her own. His mother and father never married and broke up after they had Jay's little brother Breon B. Jay had a good relationship with both his parents at the time because he always kept how he felt and what he thought to himself. Not just with his parents, Jay kept to himself around people he did or didn't know at times and was known in his hood, Elementary, Middle, and High School for fighting. He says he thinks he fought a lot because everything that went on around him made him angry inside but he never shared how he felt, he had no outlet. As a child he saw too much and grew up too fast. He knew all too much about sex early in life, he saw dead bodies in the streets, shoot outs, drug deals, and drugs right in front of his face since the day he was allowed to go outside on his own. As he got older he moved around Dade County a lot from place to place and school to school but he called n.w. 75th st. and 17th ave. his home and everybody he grew up with in the area his family. He Loves his hood so much he has it tattooed on his right fist "S.F.G." Which stands for "Seven Five Goon". In his 7th grade year his mom got tired of all the drugs and killings of little kids that she didn't want that for her own kids, who spent all day outside, so she moved up north to Monticello Fl (Which is in the Tallahassee area). Jay and his little brother fell in love with their surroundings like any children falling victim to the ills of the ghetto but stability, they didn't want to leave. Eventually like any child or children they missed their mom so they agreed to come stay with her in Monticello. At Howard Middle School in Monticello Fl.; somewhere around the 7th grade he realized how much he really loved music and could flow himself. So 1 Day He and Some Friends of his decided they wanted to try rapping for the summer just to pass the time, for fun you'd say. They came up with 100 names and stuck with 1 "the C.S.I.". Members were "Jay" "King Greg" "T-Time" and the man that came up with the whole thing "T-Dub". They made their "just for fun" album titled C.S.I. that they gave away around school. They got lots of positive feedback and of course negative feedback from other groups around school but 1 day at a pep rally really gave Jay his rap swagger and confidence when the crowd chanted for Young Jay, T-Dub, and C.S.I. to rap. Jay being kind of quiet and reserved (but known by everybody) felt honored and turned up his swag and became more outspoken. I guess you'd say arrogant or cocky, he'd say he was feeling "Swaggeriffic". Now a days Jay spits solo. He's still cool with all of his old C.S.I. group members but he feels he can stand alone and make that same impact and quality music. "I feel I go through so much and I have a lot to say and 1 verse or 16 bars ain't gon' get my point nor my story across". Jay has a full head of steam with 3 group albums under his belt (even though they didn't release 2 of them) he feels he has the ability to make his own whole album and sell it and himself. Jay now resides in Miami but from time to time he's back and fourth between Monticello and Dade. "I love what I do, I love doing it, I spit for people without a voice, I spit for people that love music with real lyrics, I spit for myself or else I'd go crazy, I spit to keep from killing sumbody, I spit because I Can!"Which Song Is Ur Fav Song
