About Me

I love creative people, open minds, art in all forms, reading, solitude, nature, and sharing good food with good friends.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

The seekers of creativity, humanity and love. The abstract thinkers, the philosophers and the poets of love.

This is the stillness of being in any energy; this is love in the universe.
"Love is the master key that opens the gates of happiness."
~Oliver Wendell Holmes~
"You come to love not by finding the perfect person, but by seeing an imperfect person perfectly." ~Sam Keen~
"Love is an act of endless forgiveness, a tender look which becomes a habit." ~Sir Peter Ustinov~
"Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength, while loving someone deeply gives you courage." ~Lao Tzu~
"There is always some madness in love. But there is also always some reason in madness." ~Nietzsche~
"It is love, not reason, that is stronger than death." ~Thomas Mann~
"A loving heart is the truest wisdom." ~Charles Dickens~
"For one human being to love another: that is perhaps the most difficult of our tasks; the ultimate, the last test and proof, the work for which all other work is but preparation." ~Rainer Maria Rilke~
"We never know we are beings till we love. And then it is we know the powers and potentialities of human existence." ~Jean Toomer~
"Love is the only sane and satisfactory answer to the problem of human existence." ~Erich Fromm~
"Forgiveness is the final form of love." ~Reinhold Niebuhr~
"Follow your bliss." ~Joseph Campbell~

~Love is a creative art~
"True art invites participation, and it’s part of a cultural exercise. All art originally came out of the temple, or the religious culture, the sacred culture of the past. The art was used. There are high forms of art that were used within the ceremonial practices of various societies, past and present. There were other objects that were utilitarian, but were, like pots, designed in such a way that they created continuity between the temple life, or the ceremonial life, and daily life. Individuals in these cultures were expected to constantly participate in the Divine Process. Even objects in daily use were designed to create that continuity. They’re what we call crafts, even though they’re very beautiful. They were considered high art if they had this ceremonial purpose, if they were part of the sacred participation of everyone who would gather on certain occasion".
Adi Da Samraj: Art is Love

Love is the vessel to the journeys end in all religions. The "Divine energy" within, is the path to enlightenment and the transcendence of self. Spirituality is the rebirth of "self".
