My name is Sharon and I like caring for the elderly. I love visiting them and taking them out or sitting and chatting with them. I first started at school when I was 14 doing it in a programme there,and quickly realised I really enjoyed helping the elderly and less fortunate and decided it was a career I wanted to pursue,which I then did after I left school and carried on doing for many years as a carer , in different schemes that were in my area and surrounding ones till they were ended by the government, so now I do it voluntary.I also like helping Charities out and at the moment, I am helping the Blind by collecting used stamps so they can then turn them into money to buy a guide dog for the Blind.
