About Me

..

Pimp out your webpage with PimpWebpage

I was born and raised in Raleigh, NC and have lived here most of my life. I began playing drums when I was five years old and haven't stopped since. I graduated from Appalachian State University in 1993, and it was there that I gave my life to Jesus Christ. Through the process of knowing Him, I have decided that my gifts and talents would be used to glorify Him and not myself. In 1997, I married my lovely wife Haley. In 2002 our son Bryce was born, & in 2007 our daughter Avery was born. I love my family more than anything else on earth.Over the years, I have played drums for several bands, the latest of which is a project called 'Joe Hero' (Joe Hero is also on myspace).I also enjoy playing drums as part of a local church worship team. I am available for hire on studio sessions as well (feel free to email thru myspace). I have been extremely fortunate over the years to have played with people who are not only talented musicians but also great friends. In addition to being a big music fan, I'm a huge sports fan as well. My favorite teams are UNC Tarheels basketball & football, the New York Mets, the Carolina Panthers, the Carolina Hurricanes, the Charlotte Bobcats and of course my alma mater the Appalachian State Mountaineers!
